What it does

  • 4,000 kg on a 1,800 mm drive-on deck - cars, crossovers and compact SUVs, with no pit to dig.
  • 5,300 mm overall length - the shortest H4, so it fits a bay a longer lift would render useless.
  • Built for alignment: adjustable front turntables and a side-sliding rear plate system for your alignment machine.
  • Two independent safety systems - wire-rope mechanical self-lock plus a secondary lifting insurance lock.
  • 2.2 kW motor on 110–440 V, 50/60 Hz - installs on the supply your building already has.

A 5.5-tonne lift does not make a 4-tonne job safer - it makes the bay 1,200 mm longer and the steel heavier. The H4-9A is sized for what a general repair shop actually puts on a deck: hatchbacks, saloons, crossovers, the occasional compact van. 4,600 mm of lane outside the boarding ramps holds a 4.6 m car with room to place the turntables, and the 500 mm runways keep the deck narrow enough to walk around in a tight bay.

Drive on, then align
The front turntables are position-adjustable, so they land under the wheels of a supermini without the car being jacked into place. At the rear, the side-sliding plate system carries your alignment machine's rear pickups and slides laterally as the suspension settles. Runway spacing is adjustable and can be linked to the sliding travel of the platforms, so the deck follows the car rather than fighting it.

Two safety systems, not one
Wire-rope pulley transmission drives the deck, and a mechanical self-locking device holds it with single-point manual unlocking control — one lever, one deliberate action. Behind that sits a secondary lifting insurance lock: if the primary releases or the rope slackens, the secondary catches the deck. The hydraulic cylinder is a single unit with a low mounting, keeping the underside clear and service access simple.
