The BN-DJ001 is a double-level, in-ground scissor lift built for wheel alignment, inspection and maintenance of cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. When lowered, both platforms sit flush with the workshop floor: no ramps in the way, no lost bay space, and the alignment bay can be used as a normal service bay.

Two platforms, two jobs
The main platform measures 4,500 x 600 mm and lifts 5,000 kg to 1,900 mm. The sub-platform is telescopic — it extends from 1,500 mm to 1,900 mm to suit different wheelbases and lifts 3,000 kg to 430 mm. Together they give a level working height for alignment work and a free axle for wheel adjustment, and they can handle everything from a compact car to a long-wheelbase van.

Built for daily workshop use
The platform runs on stainless steel slide rails with a smooth, low-friction surface, so travel stays steady and the rails resist wear and corrosion. Lifting is hydraulic, using imported solenoid valves and sealing components. LED work lamps are built into the platform to light the underside of the vehicle, which makes underbody checks faster and safer.

Safety
A patented safety lock with pneumatic locking and unlocking holds the platform mechanically while work is carried out. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with phase-failure and default-phase protection plus overload protection.

Installation
The lift is installed in-ground and requires a reinforced concrete foundation built to the supplied foundation drawing. Send us your bay dimensions and floor construction and we will confirm the excavation and concrete requirements before the order is placed. The control cabinet is supplied with the lift and can be positioned to suit the bay layout.

CE certified. Products are insured by Pacific Insurance Company and certified by the Ministry of Transportation.
