Warranty & Guarantee
Two layers of protection
Every purchase carries the two-year EU legal guarantee against faulty or non-conforming goods, and a commercial warranty on top for specific items. The legal guarantee is a statutory right and nothing on this page reduces it.
Commercial warranty by category
| Storage racks and shelving | 2 years against structural failure within the stated load ratings. Damage from loading beyond the stated per-shelf rating is not covered. |

| Hand tools and socket sets | 2 years against material and manufacturing defects. Not covered: rounded sockets from use on damaged fasteners, or rust from storage in damp conditions. |
| Torque wrenches | 1 year against manufacturing defects, covering calibration drift outside the stated accuracy. Annual recalibration for professional use is recommended and is not a warranty event. |
| Pressure washer accessories | 1 year against defects, provided the stated maximum pressure and flow ratings were respected. Seal failure on an over-rated machine is excluded. |
| Consumables (cloths, brushes, pads) | Defects only. Normal wear is not a defect. |
How a claim is handled
Send the order number, a description and photographs or a short video. For the vast majority of claims we can decide from photographs — a bent bracket, a leaking seal, a stripped thread — without asking you to ship anything back. If the item is bulky and the fault is clear, we will usually refund or replace without a return, because the freight cost exceeds the value.
What is never covered
- Damage from use beyond the stated load, pressure or torque ratings
- Damage caused during installation by unsuitable fixings for the wall or surface
- Cosmetic wear, surface scratches and corrosion from damp storage
- Items modified, cut or repaired by the customer
