Delivery and duty
Is there a customs charge when the parcel arrives? No. Every lane is DDP and door to door: duty, clearance and delivery are in the price and there is nothing to pay on the doorstep.
Why do most items take 45β60 days? Because they travel by sea. Air costs roughly five times the sea rate per kilogram, and on a 5 kg tool set that would put a third of the price into freight β so most of the catalogue goes by sea: 40β45 days from sailing to customs clearance, then delivery, plus a week or two at origin. A few very light, high-value items travel by air and arrive in 7β14 days. The product page always states which lane an item uses.
Which countries do you deliver to? The UK and the whole EU, door to door: Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland at one EU rate. Outside those, ask us before ordering.
Can you combine heavy and light items in one shipment? Where they share a lane, yes. Otherwise we ship two consignments and tell you which arrives when, rather than holding the light items back to the slower date.
Do you ship by container? Yes, for quantity orders. Containers are priced by volume rather than weight, which is how heavy goods become affordable β ask us for a container quote.
Products
Why don't you sell shelving racks? Because the freight does not work at a price anyone would pay. A 34 kg rack bills at 34 kg on a per-kilogram lane, and that lands at more than half the shelf price. We keep one rule β freight under 15% of the price β and delist rather than overprice. In container quantities they come back; ask us.
How do I choose a shelving unit? Plan with the per-shelf load, not the total, and measure the space including door width and ceiling height before ordering. Our guide on choosing a garage rack walks through it.
Will a pressure washer attachment fit my machine? Check the connector type and the maximum pressure on the product page against your machine. Send us the model and we will confirm the adapter.
Do you sell cordless tools? No. Lithium batteries shipped by air into the EU need dangerous-goods documentation and carrier acceptance that changes weekly. Buy cordless locally; from us, buy the hand tools.
Returns and warranty
Can I return an assembled rack? A rack that has been built and loaded cannot be returned as unused, but if there is a defect we will resolve it under the warranty without requiring a return.
Who pays return shipping? You do, for a change-of-mind return; we do, where the item is faulty or not as described.

Do you offer trade pricing? Yes β mixed pallets, consolidated shipping and monthly invoicing. Tell us items, quantities and destination for a landed quote with duty included.
