The BN-XJ001 is an in-ground small scissor lift rated at 4,000 kg for passenger cars and light vans. Collapsed, its platform sits 330 mm above the workshop floor; the platform then stretches from 1,540 mm to 1,740 mm so one lift covers a compact hatchback and a long-wheelbase van.

Why in-ground, and what it costs you

An in-ground lift frees the workshop: no posts to walk around, no arms under the sills, and wheels stay hanging free for brake, tyre and suspension work. The trade-off is the civil work — you need a pit with drainage before the lift arrives, and moving it later is not realistic. If your floor is rented or the layout may change, a movable lift (see PF-LFT-XJ2) is the honest alternative.

Safety, in plain terms

An electric air safety lock and a patented mechanical lock hold the platform mechanically, not hydraulically, so a burst hose does not drop the load. Control runs on 24 V. Imported solenoid valves and sealing parts are used throughout, and the slide rails are stainless steel so they do not rust at floor level.

How it ships

At roughly three quarters of a tonne packed, this is a sea-freight item, SKD packed and shipped by LCL or FCL from Shanghai — normally 15–25 days to the EU port, then inland delivery. We do not quote air freight on it, because the freight would exceed the value of the machine. Price on request: tell us the pit dimensions and whether you need 380 V or 220 V, and we quote door to door with duty paid.
