The BN-DJ001 is an in-ground wheel alignment scissor lift with two independent levels: a 5,000 kg main table and a 3,000 kg sub table. Because the two platforms move separately, the same bay does four-wheel alignment, brake work and general lifting without moving the car onto a second machine.

Where the second level earns its money

Alignment work needs the wheels loaded and the car level; brake and suspension work needs the wheels free and the chassis at a comfortable height. A single-level scissor lift forces you to choose. Here the sub table lifts the rear axle while the main table holds the front — or the other way round — so a van with a long wheelbase can be levelled without cribbing.

What you must build first

This lift lives in a pit. Budget for excavation, a concrete floor to the drawing we supply, and drainage — water in the pit is the most common reason these lifts fail early. The 330 mm collapsed height above floor level means the platform stays visible when retracted, which is deliberate: it stops cars being driven over the open pit.
