The BN-DJ001 (5 m) is a double-level in-ground scissor lift for wheel alignment, inspection and maintenance. The 5,000 mm main deck is long enough to carry long-wheelbase vans and light commercial vehicles as well as cars, and it sits flush with the workshop floor when lowered, so the bay stays clear and no ramps are needed.
A deck long enough for LCV work
The main platform measures 5,000 x 600 mm and lifts 5,000 kg to 1,900 mm. The telescopic sub-platform extends from 1,500 mm to 1,900 mm to match different wheelbases and lifts 3,000 kg to 430 mm. Together they give a level working height for alignment and a free axle for wheel adjustment, and the extra deck length means a Sprinter- or Transit-class van can be positioned properly rather than hanging over the end.
A shallow recess, not a deep pit
The lift needs a 335 ± 5 mm deep recess — 5,150 mm long, 650 mm wide, with the two trenches set 900 mm apart and a Ø100 mm cable channel to the control cabinet. That is a fraction of the excavation a conventional deep-pit in-ground lift demands, which keeps the civil works cheap and makes the lift realistic to retrofit into an existing bay. We supply the foundation drawing before the order so your contractor can price the work.
Built for daily use
Stainless steel slide rails with a smooth, low-friction surface keep the platform travel steady and resist wear and corrosion. The hydraulic system uses imported solenoid valves and sealing components. LED work lamps built into the platform light the underside of the vehicle.
Safety
A patented safety lock with pneumatic locking and unlocking holds the platform mechanically while work is carried out. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with phase-failure and overload protection.
Installation and layout
The control cabinet is supplied with the lift and can sit 1,200-2,600 mm from the trench, so it fits most bay layouts. Send us your bay dimensions, floor construction and the vehicle types you service and we will confirm the recess details and cabinet position before dispatch.
Certification
CE certified. Insured by Pacific Insurance Company, Ministry of Transportation certified.
Flush-to-floor alignment lift: 5,000 kg main platform, 430 mm sub-platform, 60-second rise.
A drive-on deck that turns any flat bay into an alignment bay - 5,000 kg, 1,800 mm of lift, and no pit to dig.
4500 kg floor-plate two-post lift with 45° asymmetric columns and no overhead beam — only 3100 mm total height, so it fits low-ceiling bays where a gantry lift cannot go.
