The EF450 is a 45-degree angle asymmetric floor-plate two-post lift with 4500 kg lifting capacity, suitable for sheet metal, mechanical, tire changing and other workstations.

Because the hydraulic lines run in a floor plate instead of an overhead beam, the overall height is only 3100 mm — making the EF450 the right choice for low-ceiling workshops and basements where a gantry lift cannot be installed.

The column adopts a 45-degree angle asymmetrical design, which saves the width and depth of the workstation and lets the doors open wider. The lift uses an extended two-section arm and two-section arm design to cover long-wheelbase vehicles, and 2- or 3-section arms to suit different chassis models.

The support arm adopts a five-point overall surround design, so the support points are safer and the arm cannot sink. A 360-degree supporting arm safety lock safeguards the whole lifting process, and the safety lock and safety rope can be adjusted in length easily.

Elevator-specific steel wire rope is used with polymer nylon pulleys that do not wear the rope. Metal oil pipes prevent the oil circuit from cracking and aging. Single-sided electrically controlled descent makes operation safer and easier.

Aluminium shell copper wire fast motor gives fast heat dissipation and high efficiency for long service life. Car door bumper mat, limit switches, arm handles and wear-resistant steel plates ensure safe operation. Full electric operation with a 24V control system makes the lift run more smoothly and enhances safety.

Mechanical lock insurance and hydraulic explosion-proof valve provide double insurance. Italian seals reduce the cylinder's oil leakage rate. The modular control box is made of water-proof, oil-proof, leakage-proof ABS with imported-brand buttons, and a heightened tool rack keeps tools in place.

Fully automatic spraying line and electrostatic powder coating give strong paint adhesion. Power supply can be customised on request.
