What it does

  • 5,000 kg on a 1,800 mm drive-on deck - full working height with no pit to dig
  • Built for alignment: adjustable front turntables and a side-sliding rear plate system for your alignment machine
  • Two independent safety systems - wire-rope mechanical self-lock plus a secondary lifting insurance lock
  • 2,743 mm between columns, 1,000 mm between runway inner edges - wide enough for vans, compact enough for a standard bay
  • 1,950 mm post height clears low-ceiling workshops; 2.2 kW motor runs on 110–440 V, 50/60 Hz

The H4-9A is shorter and the H4-12A is wider, but the H4-11A is the one that stops the conversation about which vehicle goes on which lift. 400 mm of extra lane over the 9A is the difference between turning a long-wheelbase van away and aligning it — and it costs you exactly 400 mm of floor. In a mixed fleet, which is almost every independent shop, that is the best 400 mm in the building.

Vans change everything
A long-wheelbase panel van is not just heavier, it is longer between the axles, and that is what breaks an undersized deck: the rear wheels hang off the runway, or the turntables cannot reach the front wheels. The H4-11A's 5,000 mm lane puts both axles on steel with the turntables still in range, while the 1,000 mm gap between the runway inner edges takes a wide-track SUV without overhang.

Drive on, then align
Front turntables are position-adjustable, so they meet the wheels wherever the vehicle sits. At the rear, the side-sliding plate system carries your alignment machine's pickups and moves laterally with the suspension as it settles. Runway spacing is adjustable and can be linked to the sliding travel of the platforms — the deck follows the car instead of fighting it.

Two safety systems, not one
Wire-rope pulley transmission drives the deck; a mechanical self-locking device holds it with single-point manual unlocking control — one lever, one deliberate action, no ambiguity about whether the lift is locked. Behind it, a secondary lifting insurance lock catches the deck if the primary releases or the rope slackens. The single hydraulic cylinder is mounted low, keeping the underside clear for underbody work.
