A 4,000 kg two-post lift with 1,850 mm of lift and a 2,580 mm drive-through width — wide enough to open a door while the car is between the posts, which is the number that actually decides whether a two-post lift is pleasant or annoying to use.

Arms, and why three sections

Three-section arms let the pads reach both a short city car and a long-wheelbase pickup without the arm running out of travel. The long arm is 1,700 mm. Lifting is by two hydraulic cylinders with chain synchronisation and two steel cables as a secondary hold, so the car cannot drop if a chain or hose fails.

Floor and ceiling

Check the ceiling: the lift is 2,825 mm tall and the car adds to that. Check the slab too — a two-post lift puts load into two small footprints, and a thin or cracked slab needs the optional fixed base plate or a new pad. We supply the anchor drawing; your structural engineer signs it off.
