What it does

  • Only 140 mm high when lowered - drive over it, no trench and no civil works
  • Installs on an existing 200 mm concrete slab, flat to +/-5 mm - no excavation, no pit
  • 5,000 kg main platform and 3,000 kg sub-platform, lifts to 2,000 mm
  • 4,500 x 620 mm main deck with a 1,500-1,800 mm flexible sub-platform for different wheelbases
  • 30 mm thick platform arm - high strength, no permanent deformation under load
  • Patent pneumatic safety lock, 24 V control voltage, phase-failure and overload protection

The BN-BDJ001 is a super-thin, double-level wheel alignment scissor lift. Lowered, it stands only 140 mm above the floor, so vehicles drive straight over it on the supplied bridge boards - no trench, no pit, no civil works.

No excavation, no downtime
The lift bolts onto an existing concrete slab of at least 200 mm, with an installation flatness tolerance of +/-5 mm. There is nothing to excavate and nothing to backfill: no jackhammer, no concrete cutting, no contractor waiting on a permit. That makes it the practical choice where the floor cannot be cut - rented premises, listed buildings, upper floors, or a bay that may have to be reconfigured later. It also means the lift can be unbolted and moved if the workshop moves.

140 mm is low enough to drive over, high enough to work under
At 140 mm the deck clears the floor by less than the height of a kerb, so low-slung cars and sports cars go over it without ramps. Lifting to 2,000 mm gives comfortable standing height underneath, and the 430 mm sub-platform brings the second axle to a level working height for alignment.

Deck and sub-platform
The main platform is 4,500 x 620 mm and rated 5,000 kg. The flexible sub-platform extends from 1,500 mm to 1,800 mm to suit different wheelbases and is rated 3,000 kg. The platform arm is 30 mm thick, which keeps the deck rigid under load without the flex you get on thinner arms. Bridge boards at both ends let a wheel roll straight on and straight across.

Built for daily use
Stainless steel slide rails with a smooth, low-friction surface keep the platform travel steady and resist wear. The hydraulic system uses imported solenoid valves and sealing components, and LED work lamps built into the platform light the underside of the vehicle.

Safety
A patented safety lock with pneumatic locking and unlocking holds the platform mechanically during work. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with phase-failure and overload protection.

Installation
The lift needs a bay of roughly 7,000 x 4,000 mm, with the control cabinet 1,200-2,600 mm away and the oil cylinders facing inwards, at least 2,000 mm from the wall. Send us your bay dimensions and floor construction and we will confirm the layout before dispatch.
