What it does

  • Sliding sub-platform: support points adjust across 665-1,560 mm, so city cars and panel vans share one bay
  • Single or double sub-slides available - specify at order
  • Only 140 mm high when lowered - no trench, no pit, no civil works
  • Bolts onto an existing 200 mm concrete slab, flat to +/-5 mm
  • 5,000 kg main platform, 3,000 kg sub-platform, lifts to 2,000 mm (sub 450 mm)
  • 30 mm thick platform arm - high strength, no permanent deformation
  • Bridge boards both ends, so a wheel rolls straight on and across
  • Patent pneumatic safety lock, 24 V control voltage, phase-failure and overload protection
  • CE certified, Pacific Insurance cover, Ministry of Transportation approved

The BN-BDJ002 (4.5 m) is a super-thin wheel alignment scissor lift with a sliding sub-platform. It stands 140 mm off the floor when lowered, so vehicles drive over it on the bridge boards, and it bolts to an existing concrete slab instead of into a pit.

The sub-slide is the reason to buy this one
A fixed sub-platform forces you to position the vehicle around the lift. The BDJ002 slides its sub-platform supports across a 665-1,560 mm span, so the support points go where the wheels actually are. A city car with a short, narrow track and a panel van with a long, wide one both sit correctly on the same deck, without adding a second lift or turning vehicles away. Single or double sub-slides can be specified, depending on the vehicle mix in your bay.

No trench, so no civil works
The lift installs on a minimum 200 mm concrete slab, flat to +/-5 mm, in a bay of roughly 7,000 x 4,000 mm. There is no excavation, no foundation to pour and no contractor waiting on a permit - which is what makes it viable in a rented unit, on an upper floor, or in a bay whose layout may change. Nothing is buried, so it can be unbolted and moved with you.

Low enough to drive over, high enough to work under
At 140 mm the deck clears the floor by less than a kerb. It lifts to 2,000 mm for standing room underneath, and the sub-platform reaches 450 mm to bring the second axle to a level working height.

Built for daily use
The platform arm is 30 mm thick, so the deck stays rigid under a loaded vehicle instead of flexing. Stainless steel slide rails with a smooth, low-friction surface keep the travel steady and resist wear, and the hydraulic system uses imported solenoid valves and sealing components. LED work lamps built into the platform light the underside of the vehicle.

Safety
A patented safety lock with pneumatic locking and unlocking holds the platform mechanically during work. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with phase-failure and overload protection.

Positioning
Oil cylinders face inwards, at least 2,000 mm from the wall, and the control cabinet sits 1,200-2,600 mm from the lift. Send us your bay drawing and your vehicle mix - that is what determines whether you want a single or a double sub-slide.
