A van-length deck with no civil works

The BN-BDJ001 (5 m) is a super-thin alignment scissor lift with a full van-length deck. It stands 140 mm off the floor when lowered, so vehicles drive straight over it on the supplied bridge boards, and it bolts to an existing slab instead of into a pit.

Built for van work, in a bay you don't own

Most 5 m alignment decks are in-ground: excavation, foundation drawing, civil works — usually a non-starter in a rented unit or a floor you cannot cut. This one, needs none of that. The 5,000 x 620 mm deck carries 5,000 kg and positions a Sprinter, Transit or Crafter properly instead of hanging over the end.

140 mm: low enough to drive over

Less than a kerb, so low-slung cars clear it without ramps. Lifts to 2,000 mm for standing room, sub-platform to 430 mm for level axle work.

Built for daily use

30 mm platform arm for rigidity under a loaded van, stainless steel slide rails, imported hydraulic valves and seals, integrated LED work lamps.

Safety

Patented pneumatic safety lock, 24 V safety control voltage, phase-failure and overload protection.

Cylinders facing inwards, at least 2,000 mm from the wall; control cabinet 1,200-2,600 mm from the lift. Send your bay drawing for confirmation before dispatch.
