  • Ships from Sea freight, LCL or FCL, SKD packed

Duty paid: Customs and duty: our DDP lanes include import duty and clearance, so the price on this page is the price you pay. Where the €3-per-item duty applies to low-value consignments, we group items into sets precisely so the cost is spread rather than multiplied.

What it does

  • 5,000 kg platform plus a 3,500 kg secondary jack — a loaded SUV or long-wheelbase van goes up in one pass
  • Flush at just 330 mm when closed — the alignment bay stays a drive-over service bay
  • 2,080 mm of clear working height — full standing access to underbody, brakes and alignment targets
  • Mechanical safety lock, pipe-rupture valve and height limit switch fitted as standard, not as options
  • 16Mn spliced-and-riveted support bars, 120% dynamic / 150% static load tested, CE marked

EH500A — 5 Ton Underground Wheel Alignment Scissor Lift
When floor space is the constraint, the answer is not a smaller lift - it is a lift that lives
under the floor. The EH500A is a 5,000 kg in-ground scissor lift built for wheel alignment bays:
closed, its platforms sit just 330 mm above the slab, so vehicles drive straight over it and the
bay doubles as a normal service position. Raise it and you get 2,080 mm of clear, unobstructed
working height enough to stand under a van, swing a wrench, and run a full four-wheel alignment
without a column, crossbar or overhead beam anywhere in the frame.
Built to carry, not just to lift. The support bars are cut from 16Mn plate, spliced and
riveted rather than folded from mild steel — the reason this platform holds 5,000 kg without
flex and stays level through the full 2,080 mm stroke. The platforms are 5,000 mm long and
670 mm wide, set on 900 mm centres, with a graphic anti-slip top surface that lets a low car
roll on smoothly at a shallow approach angle.
A second lift built in. The 3,500 kg secondary jack is standard, not an add-on. Its
single-sided pull-out platform slides out to suit different wheelbase models, so a compact
hatchback and a long-wheelbase van both get their wheels free for alignment, brake and
suspension work. Order the double-sided version if your bay runs mixed traffic all day.
Safety is specified, not optional. Mechanical safety locks hold the platform at every
working height. A hydraulic pipe-rupture valve stops the platform from dropping if a hose is
cut. A height limit switch prevents over-travel. The control circuit runs on 24 V, which matters
in a bay that sees water, coolant and wheel wash. Every unit is proof-tested at 120% dynamic
and 150% static load before it ships, and carries CE marking with an ISO 9001 certified build.
Installation. In-ground installation, pit built to the foundation drawing supplied with
each unit pre-embed 50 x 50 mm angle steel around the pit, keep the concrete base at
200 mm minimum thickness, and provide a drain hole at the low point. A 3 kW motor drives the
50-second rise/fall cycle on a standard workshop supply. Two people, one day, once the pit
is cured.
