A nitrogen generator and inflator in one cabinet, sized for truck and bus workshops. CMS separation material produces 95–99.5 % nitrogen from compressed air on site, so there are no bottles to order, store or run out of on a Saturday morning.

Why a 300 L receiver

A truck tyre at 8 bar takes a lot of gas quickly. The 300 L tank buffers that demand, so the booster is not asked to keep up with a single fill, and the digital controller fills to the set pressure and stops. Dual 10 m lines let two technicians work at once, high pressure for trucks and low pressure for cars.

What to check before ordering

It needs 380 V three-phase and a dry, filtered air supply — moisture in the feed is what kills CMS material. Plan for a dedicated drain and about a square metre of floor against a wall.
