ProFix Sliding Under-Sink and Cabinet Organiser, 42 × 28 × 12 cm

What it is for

The space under a sink is the most awkward in the kitchen: a trap in the middle, a pipe at the back and a door that will not close on anything tall. These organisers are dimensioned to that space — the two-tier version steps around the trap, the sliding version pulls the back row forward so nothing is lost behind the pipe.

stainless steel is used rather than coated steel because this is a damp cupboard and a chipped coating is where rust starts. Check the height under the trap as well as the width before ordering; the shelf spacing of each variant is listed below.

Specification detail

Sliding unit measuring 42 × 28 × 12 cm overall, in stainless steel, rated to 6 kg per shelf. The frame is welded at the corners rather than riveted, and the feet are height-adjustable to level on a cupboard floor that slopes towards the drain.

• Two-tier version steps over the waste trap instead of losing the space
• Sliding shelf pulls the back row forward, so nothing hides behind the pipe
• stainless steel rather than coated steel, because a chipped coating rusts in a damp cupboard
• Height and width both listed, because the trap is the dimension that catches people out

Buying more than one

Orders are consolidated and re-weighed at intake, and freight is re-calculated on the actual chargeable weight. If you are ordering several items for one address, ask us for a combined quote before paying — mixing light and bulky items usually brings the freight share down.
