ProFix Foil and Cling Film Organiser, 36 × 14 × 8 cm

What it is for

Foil, cling film and food bags are the things that turn a tidy cupboard back into a heap the moment they are opened. Each of these holds the roll or the bag stack in one place, so the roll is torn off against an edge instead of pulled across the drawer, and the bags come out one at a time.

The wall-mounted dispenser is the one that earns its place in a small kitchen, because it takes the whole stack of bags off the worktop. Measure the roll width before ordering — rolls sold in the UK and in the EU are not the same length, and a holder made for a 30 cm roll will not close on a 45 cm one.

Specification detail

Foil and Cling Film Organiser measuring 36 × 14 × 8 cm overall, taking a roll up to 30 cm wide. Powder-coated steel body with folded edges on the tear lip and two fixing holes at the back; screws are included.

• Rolls tear against a fixed edge instead of unspooling across the drawer
• Bag dispenser takes the stack off the worktop, which is the point of the wall version
• Roll width stated per variant, because UK and EU rolls differ in length
• Twin fixing holes so it can be screwed or hung on a cabinet-door hook
