ProFix 3-Piece Trigger Spray Bottle, 0.5 L

What it is for

A spray bottle is judged on the trigger and the seal, not the bottle: a trigger that drips down the handle or a nozzle that will not hold its setting is the reason people buy the same bottle twice. These are HDPE bottles with a trigger that adjusts from a jet to a mist and a seal that stands up to solvent-based cleaners.

Buying the 500 ml bottle in a three-pack is the sensible way to run a cleaning round — one for glass cleaner, one for all-purpose cleaner and one for the interior — rather than refilling a single bottle between jobs. The 1 L version is for dilution and for larger areas; the foam head turns a dilute wash into a foam that clings to the surface instead of running off.

Specification detail

3 3-Piece Trigger Spray Bottle spray bottles in HDPE, 0.5 L, with a graduated scale on the side and an adjustable jet-to-mist nozzle. The trigger head unscrews for refilling and takes a standard bottle thread; the foam head is supplied as a separate screw-on unit.

• Adjustable nozzle from jet to mist, so one bottle does several jobs
• Seal rated for solvent-based cleaners, not just water
• HDPE body with a trigger that does not drip down the handle
• Three-pack for a cleaning round, one bottle per product
