1. Scope and parties

These terms govern sales through this website. The contracting party is the entity identified in the Impressum. Consumers benefit from their statutory rights in their own jurisdiction; nothing in these terms reduces them. Business customers are subject to the terms of the accepted quotation where it differs.

2. Orders

An order is an offer. It becomes binding when we confirm it. We may decline an order where an item cannot be legally shipped to the destination, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where a listed price contains an obvious error — in which case we will contact you before cancelling rather than after.

3. Prices, duty and VAT

Prices are in euros. On DDP lanes the price includes import duty and clearance; VAT is shown at checkout according to the delivery country. Prices for sea-lane items are the goods price with duty included; where a delivery requires supplementary services at your request, we tell you the cost before proceeding.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates: air-lane items typically 7–14 days and sea-lane items 45–60 days from dispatch, unless the product page states otherwise. Risk passes to the consumer on delivery and to a business customer according to the agreed Incoterm. Where a delivery is delayed beyond the stated window by more than 14 days, a consumer may set a further reasonable deadline and withdraw if it is not met.

5. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt; the conditions, return shipping arrangements and exclusions are set out on the Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Guarantee and warranty

The statutory two-year guarantee applies. Commercial warranty periods by category are stated on the Warranty page. Claims are handled as described there.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

8. Product information

Specifications, load ratings and compatibility information are given to the best of our knowledge. Where a product's suitability depends on your specific installation — a wall, a machine, a vehicle — verifying that suitability is part of your decision, and our customer service will help you check it before you order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's registered place of business, with the exception of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence, which remain applicable.
