Second, dimensions have to fit where you will actually put it — measure the gap, the door width and the ceiling height before ordering, because returning a two-metre rack costs more in logistics than the rack saves.

Load ratings are stated per unit and per shelf on each product page. Plan with the per-shelf figure — that is the limit you will hit in practice when you put a heavy tool box or a crate of tiles on one level.
Will the rack fit through a normal cellar door?
Check both the assembled width and the packed length on the product page: some racks arrive as long uprights that go down a staircase more easily than a fully assembled frame. If you tell us your doorway width, we will flag any item that will not pass.
